Wilderness
- You can now only have one account in the Wilderness at once (from the same device).
- The teleport restriction after using a special attack now also applies in multi-zones.
- Wilderness keys
- Supplies and rare drops have been buffed.
- Completing a key now also guarantees an emblem upgrade (if you have one in your inventory).
- Bounty boxes
- There's now a +10% chance to receive a Bounty box when pking near the PvP hub ditch.
- Ironmen can now receive & open Bounty boxes.
- Slightly buffed the Corrupted gem rare drop.
- Slayer
- Tasks inside the Wilderness slayer cave should now be a slightly more common assignment.

Sanctum bounties
- Added a Wilderness category and moved all the Wildy-related items to it. This category also rewards the player with 150 Blood money.
- Black mask task should now work correctly.
- Broken torva can now be exchanged at the Doomsayer.
- We have changed and even removed some tasks. Some item point values have also been updated for task balancing purposes.
- You will no longer be able to get the same task that you just cancelled.

Bosses
- Zulrah
- Buffed the tertiary unique drop rates for hard mode, includes the Trailblazer kit, Jar of swamp and Toxic dust.
- Nex
- Nex should no longer struggle to find a good path to its target if there are minions in the corridors.
- Can no longer safespot Nex from behind the mage bodyguards.

Minigames
- Mixology
- Points have been buffed by 10-30% upon handing in successful orders.
- Chambers of Xeric
- Raids can now only be scaled to up to +10 players.
- Tombs of Amascut
- Akkha: The amount of impacts before teleporting on the final stand now scales with party size.
- Akkha: Added +5% minimum health on final stand to prevent hits from being completely nullified.
- Sun keris partisan now has tick activation delay to stop healing switch spam. The effect now triggers immediately on target death and no longer applies multiple times on Warden's energy siphons.
- Supplies now become public immediately when dropped.
- Tempoross
- The relic (tier 1-3) now correctly gives bonus experience inside of Tempoross.
- Dominion Tower
- The Escape crystal should now work correctly inside the Dominion Tower.

Other changes
- Added a 1/5 chance to receive a Vote mystery box when claiming votes.
- Vote Boss
- The Balance Elemental has returned and now only requires 400 votes to spawn (from 500).
- It will now activate a few bonuses from each category when it dies (instead of just picking one category and some bonuses from that one).
- Heroic statues
- The diversion cooldown has been lowered.
- The re-roll success rate now scales with donator rank.
- Relics
- You can now view your resources (sanctum points and fragments) on the Relics interface.
- Added a Firemaking skilling relic which speeds up bonfire burning and has a chance to save a log.
- Town board
- Players with max level now receive +20% points.
- Exp gains are now now hidden if the player is max level.
- Tier 5 Noxious halberd special attack now costs 50% energy.
- Staff breaches no longer register loot in the collection log.
- Added a toggle for prayer to disable when using the Rejuvenation box/Pool of refreshment.
- You can now make anti-venom+ potions by combining a torstol unf + anti-venom(4).
- You can now exchange 3 ancient shards for a random totem part.
- Master clue can now consume scrolls from the clue sack.
- You can now select quantities to buy in the sanctum shop.
- Buffed seed quantities from seed packs.
- Added Hunters' crossbow to the range shops. The ammunition has to be fletched.
- The crossbow can be upgraded into a Hunters' sunlight crossbow by attaching a sunlight antelope antler to it.

Fixes
- Draconic ward pet perk now correctly applies super antifire protection.
- Dark lure spell should now properly make monsters move towards the player.
- Desert bandits are no longer permanently aggressive.
- Toxic blowpipe protection value should now be higher.
- Antler guard, sunfire runes and searing pages are now tradeable.
- Revenant weapon bonus damage now only applies when using the correct combat style.
- Saradomin strike spell now works correctly with tier 3, 4 and 5 Staff of light.
- Can now interact with Mike's shop and added pirate bandanas to it.
- Hydra's poison attack should no longer deal damage if the Hydra dies during it.
- Pet rate bonuses now correctly apply to Dom's drop rate on the drop-viewer.
- Ankous and skeletons now walk in the security stronghold.
- Corrected exp drops when making admiral pies / chopped tunas.
- Player Owned Houses
- Added cape hangers.
- More pets can now be added to the PoH menagerie.
- Corrected chair animations.
